In January NGO “Women’s Union of Kherson region” received humanitarian aid from the Czech Republic Friends and partners of the Union, the charity initiative “Šatník Praha”, collected and handed over baby food, diapers, hygiene products, blankets, warm clothes and candles for the people of Kherson. Representatives of the NGO immediately delivered some of these items to 5 families from remote areas of the city.
The rest of the aid was distributed at the humanitarian headquarters located in Forelis store in the Tavriyskyi microdistrict to everyone who needed it.
We are extremely grateful to the people and organizations that have been supporting locals every day since the deoccupation of Kherson! Special thanks to Oleksandr and Victoria Zaderey, who opened the doors of their store to create a humanitarian headquarters there.
In general, the situation in the city is very difficult: lack of work, partially destroyed infrastructure, constant shelling.
Therefore, the task of the headquarters is to continue to keep rear so that Kherson and the people of Kherson can withstand these stormy events.
